3 Ways to Prevent Grey Hair 

We all dread seeing the first strand of grey hair – a sign of ageing.

Grey hair doesn’t just appear when you’re in your forties or older; they can happen even in young kids.

Your hair follicles have pigmentation cells. These cells, called melanin, give our hair its natural colour. Grey hair is basically a mix of normally pigmented hairs spread with white ones.

Massage your scalp thoroughly twice a week with this oil and leave it on overnight while you sleep. After massaging, leave a layer of cling wrap on your head so there’s no mess, and for the oil to set well!

Alternately, you may consider to apply some anti-aging hair/scalp tonic to stimulating blood circulation and increase production of melanin.

If you’re worried about going grey, consider stopping your smoking habit. Smoking has been found to affect premature hair greying before 30 years old. To prevent it, you’re advised to implement measures to stay away from your cigarettes.

What’s more, smoking makes your hair look dull and brittle prematurely.

No matter what form of tobacco use it is, it’s as harmful, so unless you want early grey sprouts, quit smoking!
